Exhibitors are provided two free badges for every wine-tasting table or exhibit booth rented. Each exhibitor badge beyond the allocated number is available at $100 per badge. Do not use exhibitor badges for anyone other than personnel staffing your booth or table. If you order your exhibitor personnel badges by August 1, 2008, they will be mailed to the designated contact person. Orders received after the deadline will be available on-site. If additional badges are needed on-site, please give your list of names to the exhibitor registration clerk when you arrive. Calculate in advance and be prepared to pay the additional fee of $100 per badge. There may be a slight delay in the processing of badges requested when the show opens.

WHAT IS THE EXHIBITOR BADGE?
For each specific name submitted for exhibitor registration prior to (date?), you will receive a printed name badge in the mail. Exhibitor badges are STRICTLY for exhibitor personnel working at your company's table or booth. For security purposes, these badges are NOT to be used for friends, clients, etc.
HOW MANY BADGES IS MY COMPANY ALLOTTED?
Every exhibiting company is allotted two (2) free badges for every wine-tasting table or booth occupied. Additional badges are available for $100 per badge.
